This home is one we started on in 2006 that began as a small backyard redo and ended that phase with an out door kitchen with gas, water and cabinets, fixtures etc.  We have removed countless junipers and railroad ties and replaced with granite walls and native plants and trees.  We have added to and adapted the irrigation system utilizing both drip and low flow turf heads and nozzles. We also installed a water feature in the back that wraps around the outdoor kitchen including a bubbling rock and stream that ends in a pondless catch basin where it recirculates back to the top.

The home sits on a corner lot where the neighbors enjoy and compliment the new landscape adds every few years.
